Thank you for your interest in participating in our current competitions. Below, you’ll find the complete terms and conditions for our current competitions. Please take a moment to review the guidelines to ensure you’re fully informed about eligibility, entry requirements, and prize details of the competition you wish to enter. Fitchett Homes 2026 Worcester Giveaway – Terms and Conditions.

To celebrate our 3 new showhomes opening at Elgar Park in Worcester, we’re hosting a fabulous 4-week competition series and we’ve teamed up with a collection of sensational local businesses to offer you a taste of what life could look like as a Fitchett homeowner!

We are delighted to gift the below prizes in collaboration with several generous local businesses:

Week 1 – Maneki Ramen, Worcester.

Win a £150 voucher for Maneki Ramen. Award-winning Tokyo-inspired modern cuisine and ‘Japanese restaurant of the year’. (1 prize available)

Week 2 – Waylands Yard and Kyndfolk, Worcester.

Win a £50 voucher to redeem at Waylands Yard or Kyndfolk. Waylands Yard is a neighbourhood coffee shop serving up speciality coffee and modern diner food to the people of Worcester. Or choose to visit Kyndfolk, a concept that combines incredible food, coffee and community in a stunning park setting located in The Pump House in Gheluvelt Park. (4 prizes available)

Week 3 – The Greenhouse Spa @ The Elms Hotel and Spa, Abberley.

Win a luxurious mid-week Twilight Experience at The Green House Spa, with a 30-minute treatment of your choosing for you and a friend at The Elms Hotel in Abberley. What a perfect way to end your day. (1 prize available)

Week 4 – Worcester Racecourse, Worcester.

Win a £250 Race Day Experience voucher. With fixtures from April – October, the lucky recipient will be spoilt for choice for thrilling summer jump racing action in the heart of Worcester city centre. (1 prize available)

HOW TO ENTER:

Head to our @fitchetthomes Instagram page and look out for our collaborative competition posts with the above-mentioned businesses. Then follow these steps on each competition post you wish to enter:

  • Follow us on Instagram, @fitchetthomes
  • Follow the featured business / businesses on Instagram
  • Like the giveaway post
  • Tag someone special in the comments (One tag per comment – tag more loved ones for more chances to win!)
  • Share to your stories for an extra entry and tag @fitchetthomes so we can see! 

COMPETITION DATES

The competition series starts on [Friday 6th March] and each individual competition runs for 1-week. Following the closure of each entry period, winners will be announced on Fitchett’s Instagram Stories and also added into the caption of the competition posts in the following days.

Week 1 – Maneki Ramen, Worcester.

Entries open on [Fri 6th March] and close at midday on [Fri 13th March ].

Week 2 – Waylands Yard and Kyndfolk, Worcester.

Entries open on [Fri 13th March] and close at midday on [Fri 20th March].

Week 3 – The Greenhouse Spa @ The Elms Hotel and Spa, Abberley.

Entries open on [Fri 20th March] and close at midday on [Fri 27th March].

Week 4 – Worcester Racecourse, Worcester.

Entries open on [Fri 27th March] and close at midday on [Thurs 2nd April].

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The 4-week competition series commences on [Fri 6th March] and ends at midday on [Thurs 2nd April].
  • The 4-week competition consists of four 1-week competitions.
  • The closing date for each of the four competitions is detailed on each competition post.
  • The competition series sees Fitchett Homes collaborate with 5 x Worcester based businesses on Instagram. The businesses and their Instagram handles are:
  • The Greenhouse Spa @The Elms Hotel and Spa, Abberley. (@theelmsworcester)
  • Maneki Ramen, Worcester. (@maneki.ramen)
  • Worcester Racecourse, Worcester. (@worcesterraces)
  • Waylands Yard, Worcester. (@waylandsyard)
  • Kyndfolk, Worcester. (@kyndfolk)
  • Competition winners will be announced via @fitchetthomes Instagram Stories and added to the competition post’s caption once its entry period has closed.
  • This competition is running across on Instagram only.
  • There will be a total of 7 competition winners only.
  • The competition prizes are:

  • To enter the competition, you must follow the entry requirements detailed on the competition post you wish to enter. This includes following @fitchetthomes and the featured local business / businesses on Instagram, like the competition post, tag a friend or loved one in the comments. These steps must still be followed and visible until the winner/s are announced on the post.
  • For a bonus entry, share the competition post to your Instagram Stories and tag @fitchetthomes.
  • Post comments which do not follow the criteria listed in these competition terms and conditions will be disqualified by Fitchett Homes.
  • The winners will be randomly selected from a draw of qualifying competition entries.
  • Automated or bulk entries by third parties will be disqualified.
  • The winner will be required to send @fitchetthomes a direct message on Instagram to claim their prize and will be asked to provide their full name and required contact details. Your details will be shared with the featured collaborating business.
  • The winner may also be contacted by the Fitchett Homes PR team.
  • Open to UK residents only.
  • You must be aged over 18 to enter.
  • The competition is closed to employees of Fitchett Homes and the featured collaborative business, plus their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
  • By entering the competition, you are giving Fitchett Homes the permission to use your competition entry across their social media, online and offline marketing materials.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
